Het kabinet meent dat Iraanse studenten moeten worden geweerd uit Nederland, omdat ze in Nederland misschien wel een atoombom zouden kunnen leren maken (NRC, 2 juli). Wat is dit voor een belachelijke tendentieuze onzin. Ik studeer al 15 jaar, maar heb nog nooit een atoombom leren maken. U wel? Alsof Iran studenten naar Nederland stuurt om hier kernwapens in elkaar te leren zetten.
De VS zijn al jaren uit op bezetting van Iran. Net als bij Irak gaat het hier niet om massavernietigingswapens of regimes maar om olievelden en strategische posities. Niet Iran dreigt de VS met nucleaire wapens, de VS dreigt Iran daarmee. Volgens rapporten van de Amerikaanse National Intelligence Estimate heeft Iran sinds 2003 niet aan nucleaire wapens gewerkt. Bush zegt, na zijn leugens over Irak, ronduit "wel waar!". Global Research meldt al jaren dat de VS speciale "mini-kernwapens" ontwikkelen voor aanval op ondergrondse faciliteiten in Iran.
Met resolutie 362 heeft de VS nu besloten dat Iraanse havens worden geblokkeerd door de Amerikaanse marine. Zo wordt een actie van Iran uitgelokt, waarop Amerika Iran de schuld kan geven van "first strike", en genadeloos kan terugslaan. Hoe is het mogelijk dat het Nederlandse kabinet zich gewoon laat gebruiken voor Amerikaanse oorlogspropaganda.

And I did my senior thesis on this very subject - how to turn the U.S. into a presidential dictatorship by manufacturing a bogus Pearl Harbor event. So, technically this has been in the planning at least 35 years.
