Iraq veteran exposes US war

Americans: Stop paying your taxes.
They are talking about all the people in Iraq being terrorists, shooting American soldiers. They are not terrorists, they are wearing sandals. They’ve got 14-year old boys building bombs to kill these American soldiers because we killed their families. (…) We were told that if one person in a crowd attacks you, kill everybody. We believed that if we kill enough innocent people, they will stop the people from attacking us. What we didn’t realise was the innocent people we killed were their brother, their uncle who was trying to kill us because we already killed his three children.
Every single big apartment building in Baghdad is broken down by artillery or airplanes bombing. (…) Areas that we couldn’t shoot at before, because they were religious places … the more soldiers they killed, the more we could do. [The US] have been escalating this war since 1990. Now with the new troops surge, they are going to put soldiers on every corner of the street like they’re cops. If we believe 9/11 is a lie, then why are you paying your taxes still? Why are we still letting these soldiers die?

Geachte redactie,
Ik wil u vragen onderstaand materiaal te bekijken, het kost 10 minuten, en daarna diep gebed te doen voordat u bij uw lezers reclame maakt voor de volgende oorlog van Israël en de VS in Iran.
Ik hoop dat u indruk op mij kunt maken als ware christenen, ware volgelingen van Jezus, die de waarheid zeggen zonder bang te zijn voor het gezag. Met het risico daar zelf misschien door in problemen te komen. Is dat niet “het dragen van het kruis”?
Ik verwacht van Reformatorisch Dagblad een stem tegen geweld, tegen leugens en tegen agressie.
Ik hoop dit in de toekomst in uw krant te kunnen aantreffen.

Je ziet trouwens een kort moment waarop Darrell een brok in zijn keel krijgt; wanneer hij op het onderwerp komt dat deze hele oorlog gebaseert is op een leugen. “Saddam has been captured … (slikt) and I get there and I go well, I think it has come out that these people had nothing to do with 911.”
